Flying Ice Cream Truck Campaign - GOAL REACHED!

Flying Ice Cream Truck Events
Summer 2024 Flying Ice Cream Truck, Pop Up Ice Cream Parlors were held in May, July, and September. They featured face painting, Action Karate, Drexel Hill Demo Team, animal balloons, meeting our miniature horse, Zacchaeus, Karaoke, crafts and of course delicious assorted flavors of ice cream. Each parlor provided information about waiting children, transitional foster care, the need for foster and adoptive families. Proceeds from the parlors went to the campaign for the purchase of an actual ice cream truck to take this mission throughout the region.

Family of Families
Family of Families is an initiative that was launched by Epiphany House on November 12th, 2016. The goal of family of families is to introduce and encourage relationships between local foster and adoptive families. Through this connection families can mutually support and empower one another in the many blessings and challenges of providing foster or adoptive homes. Through the following year, gatherings were held to bring families together in a settings where they met one another and began to establish relationships. Epiphany House hoped to generate further momentum for Family of Families by hosting a series of special events through the Summer and Fall of 2020 but along came Covid-19 and quarantine.
