Tinker Bell

Tinker Bell arrived via Santa on Christmas. She was named by Ebony who, to the best of our knowledge, did not know that it's the same name Paris Hilton gave her chiuaua.

1 –
Happy New Year. Our neighbors join us to welcome 2008 and the kids enjoy sitting around fire roasting chicken and hot dogs. During the day, Kathie and kids head to the Mummers parade.

3 – Kathie finds a free set of spice girl dolls via Craig's list.

6th – Open House with Heart Gallery Philadelphia exhibit. 5th anniversary of Epiphany House organization; our 10th anniversary in this house. We look at videos from moving day 10 years ago and laugh ourselves silly.

7th – Ebony relates, in graphic detail, about a classmate's bad language; we're not just talking "stupid head" here. Kevin sneezes violently and gets a stiff neck.

9th – Suky posts her birthday wish list on kitchen cabinet. (her birthday isn't until February 20th)

13th – At horseback riding, Ebony tells her instructor, "I am not an old lady because I don't have a blood blister on my face and I am not a matchmaker." Ebony also
asked the instructor the color of her bra. Kathie and Dexter were able to break the code. If anyone else wishes to submit an interpretation it will be welcome.

16th – Kevin goes through red light late at night; hires a traffic court lawyer.

needed fur cut.

Traffic23rd – Sonty gets his retirement letter from th Philadelphia Boy's choir. (Voice changing). He plans to try out for the chorale section in the summer.

25th – Sonty has aerodynamics science project due today. Suky falls up the stairs and hurts her knee. Was she attempting an aerodynamic fete?

27th – Patrick was glum about having a bad day. When he thought it wouldn't get worse it did. At a social event an inebriated person barfed on him; later that night his
car broke down in middle of night near King of Prussia.

28th – Nellie goes to local vet for treatment of ear infection. Suky and Dad are reading Dragons of Deltora at bedtime.
Ping pong (excuse us...Table Tennis) and pool matches have become regular family and kid activities in basement.
By the way, Danny works at Wawa. (see entry Jan 21).

30th – Danny, seeks an internship at Fair Acres nursing home but is dogged by disorderly conduct criminal record. Hey Dan, we bet you never thought that loitering
charge in high school would follow you this far. Move over Jean Valjean.
